We can supply electronic connector components in prototype through production quantities. Secondary operations include cross drilling, slotting, milling, and broaching.

Queen Screw machines and customizes microwave and electronic components from a wide variety of plastics, such as Teflon, Delrin, Nylon, Rexolite and Torlon. Sizes range from 0.005″ to 2″ O.D. with +/-.0002″ tolerances. Typical parts include insulators, spacers, washers, and fittings, all produced in accordance with MIC-I-45208A.

We provide complete assemblies with mounting nuts machined from brass, steel, or aluminum, and contact pins machined from beryllium, copper, or brass.
